Cohu Electronics Division Changes Name to CohuHD

Expands Offering of Rugged High-Definition IP Video

Surveillance Solutions for Critical Infrastructure Environments

Poway, CA, February 26, 2013 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU) today announced that its Cohu Electronics Division has changed their name to CohuHD effective immediately. This change is part of a larger rebranding effort designed to more accurately reflect their reputation for integrating the latest high-definition IP technology into rugged video surveillance cameras systems for monitoring and protecting critical infrastructure environments.

Thomas D. Kampfer, President and General Manager, said, “CohuHD has built a solid reputation as a leading manufacturer of high-definition video surveillance systems for use within critical infrastructure environments.
